Refund Policy

 

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

At NOVO, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges within three (3) days from the date of collection or Home Delivery of the product(s). The return & exchange is subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • The product(s) must be accompanied by the original Sales Invoice for Return or Exchange.

  • The product(s) must be in unused condition, sealed, and in the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and promotional vouchers included.

Return & Exchange are NOT applicable in the following cases:

  • If the product has been opened, used, or the packaging is incomplete.

  • If the product is damaged, scratched, or missing parts/accessories.

  • Customized/special order items, personal care, hygiene products, or consumables.

  • Online Activation Codes that have been scratched or redeemed.

  • If VAT has already been refunded against the Invoice.

Additional Terms:

  • Products purchased through credit/debit card will be refunded only to the same card used for the transaction.

  • Service, delivery, and installation charges are non-refundable once performed and acknowledged by the customer.

  • Store Management will act in accordance with the above policies, and its decision will be considered final.
